Beyond Traditional Deadweight Testers
Precision measurement is nearly synonymous with metrology. In fact, without it, most laboratory testing and experimentation would be pointless, while reliable manufacturing results would be impossible. It's so vital that the increasingly refined range of uncertainty is met with the correct instrumentation that Isotech has devoted a whole business to the cause. When traditional deadweight testers could no longer calibrate the newest transducer based pressure calibrator, Isotech began stocking the solution to that imbalance: the MPA series, built to stand up to 0.01% FS accuracy in pressure calibration. We not only committed to distributing these edge-of-technology devices, we also committed to applying our company policy of product support. We, therefore, maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of this and all of our high-tech items, such as our digital pressure gauge products, so we can better help you implement their effective use and get the most of what they can do for you in your industry.
Blue, Red Pressure Calibration
MPA Blue Line and MPA Red Line, two versions of the same amazing technological feat: these are the latest in hydraulic pressure balance that were designed to "cowboy up" to the increasing demands of other new technology, namely, transducer based pressure calibration that achieves the greatest accuracy ever. The MPA Blue Line, with an uncertainty from 0.005% RDG to a 0.0075% RDG, outperforms the old version, those deadweight testers that couldn't go beyond 0.015% RDG. The MPA Red Line, offering uncertainty from 0.008% to 0.01% is available, too, with specs that vary from the Blue Line model. Both represent the combined efforts of the I.N.RI.M (the Italian National Research Institute of Metrology), Scandura, and FEM, an endeavor fueled by human ingenuity and driven by a market demand for better, more accurate testing.
