SITE Dry Block Calibrators

Over ten years ago, Isotech introduced a complete traceable calibrating system: the SITE model. No longer would errors result from readings that relied solely on a temperature controller, because with the metal dryblock calibrator, a digital indicator connected to a reference probe completed the system. Other manufacturers have since followed suit, upgrading their versions of the dry block calibrators, but we've continued to protect and inform our customers with regard to this matter. After all, faulty performance claims are sometimes used to market these devices by other manufacturers. The wise consumer will pay attention to the results figures presented, making sure they refer to not only the indicator and the probe but also that they are modified by details about whether the calibration bath is stable and maintains a uniform temperature. Finally, we encourage consumers to check their source: does this device come from an accredited lab with specific Dry Block Calibration accreditation? Isotech does more than provide the quality instrumentation you must have, we also inform and educate our customers, because we want you to be able to move forward in your efforts.

Quick Cal Dryblock Calibrator

Dryblock Calibrator

When the sensors you're reading are less critical, and you need to be able to merely verify the performance of a sensor or make fast, simple calibrations, you may wish to consider the Low or High Temperature Quick Cal dryblock calibrator. These are compact, light, fast, and allow for broad temperature ranges. High Temperature Quick Cal is hand held and has a middle Celsius range of 30-350. This tool is customizable with specialized drillings, includes a carrying case, a helpful handbook that enumerates appropriate applications, and a range of inserts, which is a bonus. Interchangeable inserts are great because they eliminate the need for additional dry block calibrators when other sizes of sensors require calibration. The Low Temperature Quick Cal includes a twelve volt battery for its power source, a feature that makes this dry block calibrator quite portable, and both the Low and the High Quick Cal can be used for Fahrenheit operation.
