TRU Reference of Thermocouple, Calibrator

Speaking of reliable constancy, Isotech carries a number of Dry Block calibrator products that are larger and thus are better suited for use in secondary labs where they will accurately calibrate the ITS-90 Fixed Points. The Medusa is one of these temperature calibrators which may be less portable but is stellar in its ability to deliver excellent comparison calibration. Another Isotech product is the Trio. This item is a thermocouple calibrator, or compensator, that, as its name implies, can compensate three thermocouples. The Trio's sensors pick up temperature variation and then issue enough electric voltage to cancel it out, equal in this way to a freezing point cold junction reference bath. Made along the strictest standards and calibrated post-assembly to coordinate correctly with the thermocouple table, the Trio is another effective device.
